For Family & Fortune: Swirl Love in Prineville, Oregon

Prineville, Oregon—a place of high desert beauty, rugged landscapes, and that small-town rhythm where everyone knows your name. It’s a community built on timber, ranching, and now, tech data centers. But I have to ask: Is there room in this growing town for an up-and-coming Black real estate developer with a vision?

I’m asking for a friend. Well, I am the friend.

At just a few years shy of 50, I am a Black professional man looking for good earth to plant my seed and multiply—both in business and in life. I’ve spent years mastering the art of the deal, and my endeavors aim for 6 and 7 figure annual goals. Real estate isn’t just a career for me; it’s about legacy. It’s about building structures that house families and fortunes for generations to come.

But a house isn’t a home without love in it.

Prineville, with its wide-open spaces and authentic Western spirit, feels like the perfect canvas. I can see the potential here. I see the lots waiting for development and the opportunities to grow wealth. But I also see something else: a chance to build a family.

I’m a bachelor, and I’m looking to change that. I know the dynamics of dating can be complex in a smaller, less diverse community. That’s why I’m putting this out there. I believe in the beauty of "swirl love"—the blending of cultures, backgrounds, and experiences to create something extraordinary. I’m looking for a partner ready to create beautiful, multi-ethnic children who can inherit the land and the legacy we build together.

So, to the readers in Prineville: I’m posing the question. Does this town have room for me? Room for my ambition as a developer, my voice as a blogger tackling adult subjects with wisdom, and my heart as a man ready to settle down?

I know you’re reading this. You might be a quiet male supporter, nodding your head, rooting for a brother to break through and build generational wealth in Central Oregon. Or, you might be the woman—the one who isn’t afraid of a bold man with big goals, the one who sees the vision of a blended family and a prosperous future.

Don’t be silent. If you see the opportunity in this partnership, if you’re ready to build something real, reach out. The ground in Prineville is fertile. Let’s see if it’s ready for us to grow.
